Wisconsin Criminal Defense Attorney Kirk W. Everson’s practice is statewide and serves all areas of Wisconsin. He has worked as both criminal defense and prosecution, and is known for his inventive arguments and attention to detail.

Outside of his successful criminal law practice Kirk participates in government and is currently a member the Fond du Lac County Highway Safety Commission.

Attorney Everson earned his undergraduate degree from University of Wisconsin, Oshkosh, and his law degree from the University of North Dakota School of Law.

He is a member of the Wisconsin State Bar, Secretary of the Fond du Lac County Bar Association, admitted to practice in all State Courts as well as the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Wisconsin, and the Seventh Circuit federal Court of Appeals.
