Kirk has worked as both criminal defense and prosecution, and is known for his inventive arguments and attention to detail.
Outside of his successful criminal law practice Kirk participates in government and is currently a member the Fond du Lac County Highway Safety Commission.

Attorney Everson earned his undergraduate degree from University of Wisconsin Oshkosh, and his law degree from the University of North Dakota School of Law.
He is a member of the Wisconsin State Bar, and Secretary of the Fond du Lac County Bar Association.
